Governance

The Board of Trustees of Tri-State Child Health Services is comprised of physicians from Ohio Valley Primary Care Associates, elected specialist physicians, designated Cincinnati Children’s Hospital representatives and Cincinnati Children’s Primary Care Physicians.  The Board chair is appointed by the Board of Trustees.

 Physician-Led Committees

 

Quality Committee

Working together, the Quality Committee identifies clinical improvement activities of in interest to practices and of value to the network.   The committee makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding which activities should be developed.  The Quality Committee also works with practices to identify areas of improvement by using practice-based metrics.

BEHAVIORAL AND MENTAL HEALTH COMMITTEE

The BMH committee is comprised of community pediatricians and behavioral and mental health specialists.  This group is working to
develop a variety of interventions to transform the way behavioral and mental healthcare is delivered within the network.
